APPLICATION FOR AIM HIGH
Application Deadline is August 12, 2009.
Eligibility
ASU undergraduate students with at least 30 hours of credit and GPAs of 3.85 or higher are eligible to apply.
Follow the step by step instructions below.
1. Read the Opportunities of Participation in the AIM High Program

2.Fill out the application.

You can fill out the application using Adobe Reader and tabbing through each field.
Make sure that the highlight fields check box is checked in the top right corner of your window.
You will need the most recent version of Adobe Reader to fill out the form.

3. Return the application as an email attachment.
This will not be accepted as a printed or faxed copy.
EMAIL THE APPLICATION
A. Fill in the fields using the tab key on your keyboard to access each particular field and fill out the information. (Don't push backspace it could make your browser go to the previous page.)
B. Click on the disk icon below the address bar to save your pdf document on your computer.
C. Email the completed application (Subject: AIM High Application) as a pdf attachment to psp@appstate.edu
